Beginning my journey for relapse ready

I didn’t start Relapse Ready because I had some master plan.
I started it because I was struggling—and I knew I couldn’t be the only one.

I’ve been through the trenches of addiction, mental health, burnout, and everything in between. And somewhere along the way, I realized most people only talk about relapse in one way—picking up again. But for me, relapse started way before that. It was in the silence, in the emotional shutdowns, in the anxiety I brushed off. It was when I convinced myself I was “fine” even when everything in me knew I wasn’t.

Relapse isn’t just about drinking or using.

It’s about losing your connection to yourself.
It’s about running on empty and calling it survival.
It’s about slipping so slowly, you don’t even notice it happening until you’re already gone.

That’s why Relapse Ready was born.

What This Really Is

This isn’t a brand built on catchy slogans. It’s not about pretending to be fixed. It’s a space I wish existed back when I needed it the most—a space that says, “Yeah, I’ve been there too. Here’s what helped me. Let’s figure it out together.”

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s messy. Personal. Some days it’s about staying sober. Other days, it’s just about showing up and not shutting down. And nobody hands you a map when you’re trying to rebuild your life. That’s why I started building one.

Relapse Ready is about mapping your recovery in a way that actually fits your life—not just checking boxes or trying to impress anyone. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, trauma, mental health, or all of the above, this space is about creating something real. Tools. Resources. Conversations that matter. No shame. No sugarcoating.

If You’re Reading This

Maybe you’re in a good place right now. Or maybe you’re barely holding on. Either way, I’m glad you’re here.

I don’t have all the answers. But I’ve lived enough of the questions to know that healing isn’t linear—and you don’t have to do it alone. This is just the beginning for Relapse Ready, and honestly, for me too. I’m still learning, still healing, still showing up.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned through all of this, it’s that nobody’s coming to save you. You’ve got to decide you’re worth saving. And once you do, you fight like hell to stay in the game.

That’s what Relapse Ready is about.
Not perfection. Not performance.
Just showing up real, and being ready—for whatever comes next.

Welcome to the journey.
